FIRE ESCAPE SHELVES
The Fire Escape Shelf is one of those small pieces that makes a wall instantly look less boring. It has that NYC apartment/fire escape look, but instead of being just decoration, it actually gives you three little platforms to show off the stuff that makes your room feel like yours. Think mini plants, cologne, candles, books, photos, collectibles, action figures, bathroom products, spices, or whatever random objects you somehow care about enough to display.
It’s made from sturdy carbon steel, so it has a clean black metal look and feels way more solid than cheap plastic wall shelves. Each shelf is about 11.8” long, 4.14” wide, and 2.52” high, with each rack holding up to around 9.1 lbs when installed correctly. Basically, it’s not meant for dumbbells or your entire book collection, but it’s perfect for the smaller decor pieces that usually end up cluttering your desk, dresser, bathroom counter, or kitchen.
The design is the real reason you get it. Normal floating shelves are fine, but this one actually has personality. The little ladders, railings, and fire escape layout make it feel like something you’d see in a loft, dorm, studio apartment, or creative workspace. It saves space, keeps things organized, and gives you a way to make an empty wall look intentional without hanging another basic poster.
It comes with 3 shelves, 3 ladders, instructions, screws, and extra self-adhesive wall screws. The adhesive screws are only for smooth surfaces like glass, tile, marble, or metal — not painted walls, wallpaper, rough walls, or weak surfaces. For most normal walls, use the actual screws for a secure setup.
You can use it in a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dorm, or office. It’s easy to install, easy to style, and honestly just a sick little piece for anyone trying to make their space feel more like an actual room and less like a temporary holding cell.
